“ My husband and I came in at 9pm yesterday night I always hate going into a restaurant that close to closing but we drove 1hr to eat at chatters for my birthday but they shut down early anyway the host greeted us right away and didn't even seem the slightest bit annoyed actually was very smiley! We got our drinks ordered and wow they came fast and the bartender did such a good job! My peaches and cream drink was wonderful and my husband ordered a strawberry marg with vodka and that was the best yet! Our waitress I think her name was Nichole she was just downright amazing! Very friendly and super sweet! Didn't rush us one bit! The food came out soooo fast we were shocked but in a good way and omg that's some of the best bbq I've had in awhile and that's saying something coming from a former waitress at a BBQ place. the catfish was nice and soft not overcooked or undercooked just perfect! I can't thank you guys for making my birthday dinner just so wonderful I'm kinda glad chatters wasn't open because I was able to enjoy some of the best food! My husband is super picky on his bbq and he and I both cleared our plates! I don't come to Kansas very often but if I ever am ill definitely be back! Thank you again for saving my birthday! If I could give you 100 stars I would! ”

“ Restaurant was cleaning the bathrooms looked good. The staff was friendly and the service was good, although we were there when it was dead. 3 pm. My only criticism would be that the portions are pretty small. I bought a two meat combo. Not the lunch special. Two ribs maybe five slices of brisket. That cost 15. That's a little high for Pittsburg Kansas. They had a nice looking bar, although I did not drink. I would definitely go back and I would recommend it. ”

“ First time here, great service and food, great outside and inside atmosphere, music was not overly loud like most places, had to make a return visit in February, same as before great food and service. Came back in May still not disappointed. ”
“ A very good BBQ joint. We all had the combo lunch special for 11.49. It was more than enough to fill a fat guy like myself and was some the the best bbq I've had in some time. Our server was fantastic. She was very attentive and kept our sodas full which is an A in my book. ”
“ Our food was great and so was service. The ribs are tender but not mushy. Great flavor and sauce was not needed. They have 2 options. Both are great. The Roughneck burger was amazing. Would definitely stop here again. ”
“ I love it here. We come fairly often and yes there’s typically a wait if you come during a rush hour and sometimes they’re short staffed but for us it’s worth it. You can’t rush perfection! ”
